For orders shipped to Malaysia,
Return must be filled in 24 Hours after parcel received.
Returns are ONLY valid within 5 DAYS calculated from date of the next day parcel shipped by BeautyOne.

Unless your item ordered is OUT OF STOCK / DISCONTINUED / NO MORE RESTOCK.

Purchase value of returned product will be credited back to your shopping account.
Avaialble shopping credit will auto-deduct from your total amount of next purchase.

 

Once your Return Inquiry is approved > Returned Parcel Received and Checked> You will receive shopping credits in your account.
Any discount, rebate, or promotion may be pro-rated accordingly.
Shopping credits can be used to offset your purchases with no expiry date.

If you wish to exchange your item, do return it first.

After that, you can use the REFUNDED SHOPPING CREDITS from your return to make another purchase.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  1. Click on Return
    Return must be filled in 24 Hours after parcel received.
    (Late reports AFTER 24 HOURS will be duly declined)
    ( NOTE: SALES / PROMOTIONAL/ CLERANCE / DISCOUNTED / STICK-ON-BRA / EAR RING are strictly not appilcable for Return)
    **Please check your item BEFORE you file in free return inquiry.

  2. Fill in Return Form > Waiting for Notification (response within 24 hours during working days)
    with necessary information, ORDER NUMBER and PRODUCT CODE, etc.
    (Return with Incomplete details will not be entertained)
     
  3. Shipped back the parcel
    together with all original parts and accessories must be included. 
    Item must be returned in original condition (item cannot be worn, ironed, altered, or washed, etc.)
    Kindly ensure your Return Details (eg. Return ID / Name / Email) is stated clearly on a piece of paper inside the parcel.
     
  4. We recommend you...
    Email us the tracking number code
    together with the date you shipped out the RETURN parcel.
    Late returns received by us more than 5 DAYS will be duly declined.  
    BeautyOne shall not be liable for lost return parcels should it be mailed via shipping methods without tracking information.
    Hence, it is recommended that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number so that you can keep track of where the parcel is.

Once we received your Returned Parcel within 5 Days...

1.  Returned parcel will be checked. (Normally takes not more than 48 hours of working days!)

2.  Once cheking complete, shopping credit will be issued to your registered account at www.beautyone.com.my

3.  Refunded Shopping credits can be used to offset your purchases with no expiry date!
 

A gentle reminder...

RETURN can only be proceed and accpeted ONE TIME for each Order.

Which means, the next order purchase using refunded shopping credit will NOT applicable for any exchange and refund.

  • CUSTOMISED Item are not applicable for exchange or refund.
     
  • Items those are unpacked, washed and worn.
  • Items damaged due to not able to be stretched.
  • Items damages caused by mishandling of garments during washing.
  • Items label tag has been removed, or the items are not in its original and resellable conditions.

  • For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed within the 5 days deadline. Late returns will be duly declined.
  • BeautyOne cannot accept liability for any items not received, all Return Parcel postage costs are responsibility of the customer.
  • BeautyOne strictly will NOT TO ENTERTAIN any return request which received after 5 days from the day parcel is received by you. 
  • BeautyOne strictly will NOT O ENTERTAIN any return request for CASH REFUND (Unless items are out of stock).
  • Item must be returned in original condition (item cannot be worn, ironed, altered, or washed, etc.)
  • All original parts and accessories must be included.
  • Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging.
  • You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) in the form of shopping credits.

  • BeautyOne shall not be liable for lost return parcels should it be mailed via shipping methods without tracking information.
    Hence, it is recommended that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number so that you can keep track of where the parcel is.
  • Returns are processed within maximum 3 business days after we receive them.
  • We hold the rights not to accept any return of any Goods where these instructions have not been followed. 
  • You are required to purchase another item or another size when credit note is issued to you.
  • We do not provide direct exchange. If you would like to change to another item, whether for size or design, please use the credit note to purchase another item or another size. 

Return shipping fees will be borned by customers unless DEFECTIVE / WRONG merchandise was delivered by BeautyOne

 

Measurement & Colour

  • ​Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
  • As we hand measure all our products, kindly allow a 1-3" discrepancies in our measurements given. 
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site; 
    However, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. 
  • The prints on the clothings may vary in terms of symmetry and alignment for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect. Discrepencies of slight colour differences also will not be entertained.

 

In the rare event where you receive an incorrect design, colour, size, or a defective piece,
Please contact us with pictures (in .jpg format) and we will assist you as soon as possible.
