Exchangeable: Defect / Wrong merchandise

Wrong item received/defect cases will need to report within 24 hours after receive the items attached with photo and remarks.

Kindly contact us, info@beautyone.com.my. We will try our best to minimal the inconvenient.

BeautyOne strongly advise customers to deal with returning of parcel as soon as possible. Please deliver the return items to our address within 5 days upon receiving the Return Authorization Email from us via any courier method of your choice.

BeautyOne reserves the right to refuse/reject any request if the returned item(s) failed to reach to us within 5 days.

We promise to reply your email as soon within 1 working day. Once status confirmed, customer required to send back the defect item within 5 days times. For defect/wrong merchandise sent, Beauty One will bear the two ways postage based on Poslaju rates.

 

NOT APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Late reports AFTER 24 HOURS will be duly declined.
  • Returned parcel received LATER than 5 Days as per mentioned.
  • Earrings, NuBra cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • SALE Item are not applicable for exchange or refund.
  • CUSTOMISED Item are not applicable for exchange or refund.
  • CLEARANCE Item are not applicable for exchange or refund.
     
  • Items those are unpacked, washed and worn.
  • Items damaged due to not able to be stretched.
  • Items damages caused by mishandling of garments during washing.
  • Items label tag has been removed, or the items are not in its original and resellable conditions.

 

Note:

  • For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed within the 5 days deadline. Late returns will be duly declined.
  • BeautyOne cannot accept liability for any items not received, all Return Parcel postage costs are responsibility of the customer.
  • BeautyOne strictly will NOT TO ENTERTAIN any return request which received after 5 days from the day parcel is received by you. 
  • Item must be returned in original condition (item cannot be worn, ironed, altered, or washed, etc.)
  • All original parts and accessories must be included.
  • Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging.
  • You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) in the form of shopping credits.
    Any discount, rebate, or promotion may be pro-rated accordingly.
  • BeautyOne shall not be liable for lost return parcels should it be mailed via shipping methods without tracking information.
    Hence, it is recommended that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number so that you can keep track of where the parcel is.
  • Returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive them.
  • We hold the rights not to accept any return of any Goods where these instructions have not been followed. 
  • You are required to purchase another item or another size when credit note is issued to you.
  • We do not provide direct exchange. If you would like to change to another item, whether for size or design, please use the credit note to purchase another item or another size. 

 

 

Measurement & Colour

  • ​Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
  • As we hand measure all our products, kindly allow a 1-3" discrepancies in our measurements given. 
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site; 
    However, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. 
  • The prints on the clothings may vary in terms of symmetry and alignment for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect. Discrepencies of slight colour differences also will not be entertained.

 

REFUND

We will issue refund to you only when:

  1. the item is having defect and there is NO more stock to replace your purchase OR
  2. the purchased items went out of stock and no longer available to be pre-ordered.

 

Out of Stock

If the product is out of stock after the ORDER CONFIRMED,
The order will be cancel and the balance will be refunded.
Refund will be completed in shopping credit or cash within 5 working days from the day refund notification had been sent to customer.

Terms & Condition will be amended without prior notice.
